At Ds Furniture every seed order is handled with care from payment confirmation through final delivery. This information explains how orders are prepared shipped and delivered to customers

Section 1 Order Processing Time

1 All seed orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed
2 Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing time
3 During peak seasons promotions or sales events additional processing time may be required Customers will be notified by email if a notable delay occurs

Section 2 Shipping Method and Delivery Time

We partner with the following trusted carriers for delivery:

1 Reliable domestic shipping partners are used to ensure dependable service
2 After shipment delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days depending on destination and carrier operations
3 Delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to circumstances beyond our control
4 Once shipped a tracking number will be sent by email so customers can follow the shipment

Section 3 Shipping Availability

1 Shipping is currently limited to addresses within the United States
2 U S territories and P O Box addresses are not supported at this time

Section 4 Shipping Fees

1 Orders over 50 USD qualify for free shipping
2 Orders under 50 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of 9.99 USD
3 Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout
4 From time to time special shipping promotions may apply and will be displayed on the website

Section 5 Delivery Delays and Responsibility

1 Although delivery estimates are provided unexpected delays may occur due to weather carrier issues or high shipping volume
2 Ds Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
3 Our team is available to assist with tracking and communication when delivery issues arise

Section 6 Packaging and Delivery Condition

1 All seeds are securely packaged to preserve quality and reduce the risk of damage during transit
2 If an order arrives damaged missing or incorrect customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
3 Please email info@dsfurniture.shop with the order number and clear photos showing the issue
4 Each case will be reviewed promptly and a replacement or appropriate solution will be provided in line with return and exchange policies.
