1 Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 15 days of seed delivery. To be eligible, all the following must apply:
1 Seeds remain unopened, unused, and in their original state
2 Original packaging is intact and undamaged
3 Items are not custom orders or labeled as final sale
4 Seeds show no damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery
5 Full refunds are provided if the issue is our responsibility, such as incorrect seeds sent, seeds damaged during shipment, or delivery errors

2 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please reach out to our customer support within 15 days of delivery:

3 Clear photos if seeds are damaged or incorrect
Our team will review your request and reply within 1 business day with eligibility confirmation and return instructions, including the return address if needed.

3 Return Shipping Requirements
If your return is approved, please ship the seeds back within 3 days of approval.
Returns must be sent via a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery confirmation.
Once we receive and inspect the returned seeds, refunds will be processed.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2 business days after inspection completion.

4 Shipping Fees and Responsibilities
For returns due to personal reasons like a change of mind, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs in such cases are the customer’s responsibility.
For returns caused by product defects or shipping mistakes, Ds Furniture will cover all related shipping expenses.
Please retain your return shipment tracking number until the refund is fully processed.

5 Additional Terms
Refund requests made after 15 days from delivery may be declined.
Requests not following this refund procedure may be rejected.
Items returned with damage caused by insufficient packaging may not qualify for a refund.
