Exchange Policy

At Ds Furniture we are committed to delivering seeds in proper condition and quality. If an issue is found at the time of delivery this exchange policy explains how we handle replacements in a fair and efficient way

Section 1 Exchange Eligibility

An exchange may be approved when any of the following situations occur

1 Seeds are damaged during transportation
2 The seed variety or quantity received does not match the order
3 Seeds are clearly defective or unusable when first received

Problems caused by improper storage handling planting or use after delivery are not eligible for exchange

Section 2 Exchange Restrictions

Exchanges will not be accepted under these circumstances

1 Personal preference changes including color size flavor or expected growth results
2 Germination failure caused by soil planting technique watering or environmental factors
3 Requests submitted more than 15 days after delivery
4 Items marked as Final Sale or Non Returnable

Section 3 Exchange Request Process

Step 1 Contact Customer Support

Please email info@dsfurniture.shop within 48 hours of receiving your order

Include the following information

1 Order number
2 Clear explanation of the issue
3 Photos showing the seeds and original packaging

Step 2 Request Review

Our support team will review the request and respond within 1 business day to confirm approval and advise whether a return is required

Step 3 Return Instructions If Applicable

If a return is needed

1 A return shipping address will be provided
2 The package must be shipped using a trackable shipping service

Step 4 Replacement Dispatch

After returned seeds are received and inspected a replacement will be shipped within 2 business days Tracking information will be sent once shipped

Section 4 Shipping Cost Responsibility

1 If the issue results from our error including damaged or incorrect seeds Ds Furniture will cover all shipping costs
2 For other approved exchanges the customer is responsible for return and reshipping fees

Section 5 Packaging Guidelines

1 Original packaging must be used to protect the seeds during return shipping
2 Exchanges may be refused if seeds arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging
